Limetec Oy designs and manufactures high-quality, finished, mid-axle lorry trucks designed for your needs. In order to guarantee the quality and functionality of the finished product, we also manufacture the frame of the center axle trailer on our modern production line in Kokkola, Finland.

Each Limetec mid-axle trailer is designed so that it solves the needs of the customer. Our customers can choose from several side and door solutions. In our collection, you will find a mid-axle trailer or a center-axle trailer opening from the roof. We always test our product carefully before delivery, especially with regard to the functionality of door solutions.

All mid-axle trailers are tailor-made to the customer and already include standard standard equipment. Our products also provide refrigerated transport.

What is a center axle trailer?

The center axle trailer is a trailer of at least one axle whose axles are located in the center of the trailer. The trailer has a solid articulated drawbar, which allows the carriage to be attached to the towing truck. Every corner of the trailer usually has a support leg to support the center axle trailer when it is removed from the towing vehicle.

It is possible to connect the center-axle trailer to the semi-trailer combination. Such a modular combination apply the same size and weight constraints as the modular construction full trailer combination. The center axle trailers are used in 25.25 m and 18.75 m modular combinations.
